Florence and The Machine Tampa Concert reviews
Completely disorganized venue
Terrible experience with the organization of the event. People were in long confusing lines before the doors opened. Just before the event began, the ushers then slowly started to let folks in only a few at a time, this went on for far too long, causing 90% or more of the patrons to miss the first band entirely. They continued to do a thorough pat down of each individual, meanwhile everybody still standing in very long lines were becoming increasingly frustrated. It wasn't until midway through the second band they finally stopped the pat downs and attempted to usher in the remaining tens of thousands of people as quickly as they could. At this point, the damage was already done and it took until midway through the THIRD band before the sold out show had a full arena. What a waste. It's not like this is the first time this venue has done a sold out concert, I've been going to the sports arena for more than 20 years to watch concerts, and this was by far the worst organization of an event I have ever seen!! Shame on you for making such poor decisions and ruining what should have been a great event.
